Since a couple of years, young scientists from Japan and Germany are invited for a 10 days-visiting program to the other country. In 2012, the Junior Experts Exchange Program will focus on smart grid technology for renewable energy.

Invited are up to 8 young researchers (under 40) from research institutes and companies. The program in Germany will take place from September 20 to October 1, a workshop with German alumni of the program is planned for September 29.
